    Default Salmon Patties

    One of my childhood favorites.

I put a lot more effort in to them than Mamaw ever did, and she'd probably accuse me of over-thinking them.

    Salmon patties with remoulade.

    I love fried salmon patties.
Last Sunday my 80yr old grandmother told me she wanted a handrail going up her front porch steps and asked me what it would cost her. I told her “a plate of fried salmon patties, biscuits, and gravy”. On Tuesday afternoon her handrail was up but she’s taking this coronavirus thing pretty seriously so I’m patiently waiting for my pay

Doesn’t get much better than grits and eggs with salmon patties. My grandmother fed me a lot of them.

One of my favorites. Wife makes them excellent.

Pies are built around the Law of 2’s. I’ve had, and made, cantaloupe pie that is unbelievably good.
