    Default Pays to lose

At South Carolina, tickets and concessions accounted for at least $23 million of the $65.4 million the program brought in last season. That first number doesn’t account for the contributions associated with buying tickets, and the program’s contributions total (which includes some other sources) came in at $11.95 million.

Clemson extended its season-ticket deadline from April 1 to May 15 and changed the deadline from June 1 to June 30 for donations to IPTAY, the school’s athletic fundraising organization. The Tigers made more than $27 million a season ago off football tickets and concessions from a total football revenue intake of $62.6 million.

    SEC vs ACC
One is like a Ruth's Chris franchise and the other is like a food cart

Sounds about right. I’m guessing 75% of the Clemson fans I know are bandwagoners.

Judging from the stands in the 2nd half, I'd say about 75% of Muskrat's crew bandwagons.

So Clemson University is working hard, winning to make a meager living. In the meantime Scar is producing average results but benefiting from all of the schools around them that are succeeding. Socialism? Redistribution?

Well, they got the Hillary Clinton of coaches. Everywhere he goes, there’s a dead program left behind. Would Biden, Bernie or Obama be the AD?
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I’m sure OSU got one. Last I checked LSU beat their asses. That’s alright though Clemson will be back in January regardless of the profit margin.

They’re waiting on that government check from the SEC.

If the SEC coat tailing is the only way you can watch Clemson lose, it might as well be the only way you make more money than they do. Like trying to run with a Carolina piano on your back if you're a legitimate program in the SEC.

just like a democrat, Coots living off someone else's success. Redistribute that wealth. does the check come in the mail or do you get it on an SEC EBT card?

there is no wonder at some of the responses to threads around here. It all make sense now.

It just means the real SEC teams pay more to beat the hell out of their in conference irrelevants. It’s an embarrassment to be proud of such. High dolla whores.

There are a whopping 19 Div. 1 equestrian teams and they used to give out three national championships among them (two depending on what saddle you used and an overall).
