A beer keg with the top cut off makes a perfect size pot for a bushel

    Thank you.

Yeah, then cover them in Eye-talian dressing and eat with bacon.

ECU and Palmetto Trooper made me one out of a keg and a stainless burner stand combo that is a great rig.

Any of my oyster pots will easily hold a bushel as well.

My old man cooked em with a pressure pot, and it was the tits. A PP was one of the only things I put on our registry when wife and I got married, and got my wish. Still boiling peanuts with it today. It'll take right at 5 lbs of green peanuts, and 2/3 cup of salt. Boil on pressure for 1hr 30 mins, remove, douse lid with cold water to relieve pressure and remove the lid. Let sit until they start cooling off and soak the salt up real good. Taste a handful every 10 mins or so until they get right. When most of em are good, pour excess water off and go to town.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

The amount of water determines the amount of salt you need.
