    Default Illinois backstrap on Weber Kettle grill

    Use heck out of our gas grill but love when I have time to get the Weber kettle grill going

    Tonight was bacon wrapped backstrap from Illinois buck, does not get much better

    Kept turning it but total cook time about 35-40 minutes, hate to admit it but got little more done than I like (like mine rare )
