    Default Directional Feeders?

Anyone use directional road/fish feeders? If so, recommendations?

I do. If you can afford them, Sweeney.

Yes, bought the Moultrie fish feeder a couple weeks ago. First rain the food got wet at the bottom and I had to clean it out. Works good other than that. For 44.00 it will do, half price sale.

Texas Hunter feeders are pretty good.

I moved away from directional and spinner feeders and use drop feeders. quietfeeder.com

I am feeding fish with mine, fish pellets. Not sure how it would do with corn. I have seen the Sweeney feeders sling corn and would use them if deer hunting.

Does anyone know where you can take an older Sweeney to get repaired? The motor works but the flap to closes off the feed from falling to the spinner isn't working.

I've also seen these One and Done feeders online. Anyone have any experience?

I will add that I have really gotten fond of the ease of filling these ground level feeders. With the solar panel, if you put them in the right spot, you won't need to change or charge the battery all season. The Sweeney I have on my dock to feed the fish hasn't had the battery changed in a few years.

Feeders can be a huge pain in the ass but not having to climb with bags of corn or crank a winch that will knock your teeth out if your grip slips is a big advantage. Solar chargers were invented in heaven too.

Deer at my place have never been hard to get acclimated to feeders. I see more does but I've killed a few quite nice bucks and I get plenty of nice bucks on the game camera in front of theses feeders.
