Wife is getting $20 a jar for pickled, $20 a bundle of raw, and $15 a jar for the ramp salt.

All the leaves are ran through a dehydrator and then mixed with coarse sea salt and then ran through a grinder. It’s actually really good on most anything. I did a butt with it two days ago and it came out great.

That’s what happens when you have a limited supply and extreme demand. Got about 12 gallons more today and have a store owner in Tenn. that wants them all. If you took the $ made and divide it by time invested I wouldn’t do it. I just get them for the wife when I’m out trout fishing cause it makes her happy.

They are more garlicy if that’s a thing but kinda sweet. I really only eat them fried in a pan with some trout. My wife will just eat them raw but she’s an Indian.
