The safe I have, and others I've looked at, have a rubber grommet in a rear lower corner. The hole through the safe wall is just large enough to push a standard Golden Rod electric dehydrator cord plug through it, and then you reinstall the grommet that closes the open hole around the cord.

All I use is a string of rope lights that raise the temp slightly acting as a dehu. The lighted safe is nice too.
