Anyone use Garmin QuickDraw

In my search for a new unit it seems that no brand has any good maps for the rivers or ICW. I have run across the Garmin QuickDraw mapping and wanted to see if anyone liked the mapping or had any opinion either way about it? How easy is it and how wide does it actually map? I don’t want to spend hours on hours riding g up and down the river to get decent maps.
