    Default Blend Door on a Ford Explorer??

    Has anyone ever done the repair? Kid has an 07 that needs replaced.

    The one up top is a pain. The others not so bad.
    More fuel = more boost!!

    Have fun. You’ll need an 8mm ratcheting wrench and a whole lotta patience. Easy fix but they put that thing in the worst location possible.

    After replacing the fuel pump on my OX66 it can't be any worse. 2 different size nuts for the power.

    Done two different ones my 2011 f150. Make sure no kids are around with young ears.

    Oldest is 17 & is gonna do the blend door replacement along with getting rid of the factory stereo which has issues as well. He’s done a good bit of research & I told him to do it while I’m at work & he can drive my truck.

    He did the blend door yesterday with no issues. He's awaiting a stereo from Crutchfield him & his brother ordered. He's been swamped with people with lawn equipment needing fixed & getting parts right now is a p.i.a. online.
