    Default Remote control strutter decoy

So- a guy I know brings me 10 bags of cob corn for my hog traps today, we talkin about huntin and he said he has a awesome new turkey decoy.
He pulls out this damned Gobbler in full strut mounted on top of a battery powered remote control cart and drove it around- said it drives the other gobblers crazy and they will chase it right to the gun.

Is this crazy shit legal? And I thought reapin was bad.

Apparently they’re legal, seen it before for sale in a store... If I remember correctly it was a Mojo product.

Wasn’t mounted to the top of a car, but I made a similar small-scale setup once.
When I was taking mechatronics at tech I made one for a final project for a class. It was automated from an Arduino board that I wrote the code for. I just had a cardboard cutout for the demonstration purposes for class but it turned in sequence and I had some calling sound bytes synced to it as well. Wouldn’t have taken much but a larger servo motor to have actually utilized a full-sized decoy

Ridiculous. Wish they’d do away with all male turkey decoys

They should do away with guns for turkey hunting. Atlatl and lance, or nothing.
