Don't disagree. I'm mostly talking to folks in larger cities who are feeling the strain more than the rural areas. Good point.

So, would that be ones perspective?
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is,
as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

Whatever your stance on the virus to say these hospitals aren't stressed is ill informed.
I represent several large hospital systems, as well as local stand alones. I can only speak to them, but they're not (yet) stressed by the patient load related to Corona virus. They're financially stressed because their hospitals are half empty and they can't do any elective procedures, which is how they make money. One of them is hemorrhaging to the tune of $100M a month. That is not sustainable. And I am not speaking to systems up north- only Ohio to the east and south.

Honestly to 2th's point I think it is all over the place depending on the facility. To your point I think the financial stress is real for all of them right now. Most are spending large sums of money for PPE's in hopes that FEMA will pay all of this back because it's Pandemic related. To me the biggest issue is just the overall uncertainty of when this thing will end and they get back to normal and how manage their inventory in the interim.

This is exactly what I'm hearing from multiple sources. A lot of elective surgeries are not happening, which is why Prisma has had furloughs and layoffs. The hospitals in our state have not seen the huge wave of Coronavirus cases like hot spots in New York. At least not yet and they are hoping not ever. They are ready for it though.

Carolinas which is now owned by MUSC laid a bunch of people off yesterday. One was a family friend who was the infection control nurse that had been there for almost 30 years. Census is way down. This shit is killing the rural hospitals.

Seems like a stupid move to lay off the infection control nurse right now. Hopefully it's over soon and she can get back to work.

And they removed the video. Can't have people questioning the official narrative and seeing empty hospitals in NY.

It does doesn’t it??? MUSC left the very management in place that driven most of the good employees out. The only ones left are trying to make it to retirement , brand new, or temps. This lady was just tying to make it to retirement. My wife, a 15 year ICU RN said AMF a year ago. She stayed longer than she should have out of a feeling of loyalty to her fellow coworkers and patients. Most of the shortage that are getting reported have almost nothing to do with a sudden influx of patients and everything to do with corporate medicine going to a lean supply chain model. Resources were thin before the Kung Flu ever got here.

Crush the “ for profit” hospitals. The government will never run out of our money. Sweep in and takeover the healthcare industry one way or the other.
Don’t forget when the death number doesn’t equal the original panic, it will be due to government mandated orders. Saving us from ourselves.

I can show you a picture of a SeaCube cooler ready for bodies......all the while nurses are getting cancelled.

Be interesting to know why the CDC is changing their guidelines on “ cause of death”. They wouldn’t pad the numbers would they? Some hospitals were having cash flow problems before all of this mess. Incentivize a cause of death to get money from the feds.

Interesting that the orginal video posted was removed by YouTube for violating their terms of service.

The perfect hoax to bring us down.

Now Gates will be able to sell his mandatory vaccine and micro chip everyone.

How should owe Soro a debt of gratitude for making the virus in his lab and the Chinese for spreading it.

Dr Fusci is obviously guilty and in on the scheme.

Trump has been duped big time. I was hoping Q had our back but he had gone dark.
