    News 4 Greenville just said USACE ramps are opened on Hartwell and the gov does not have authority to close. Had a emergency operations Corp employee they were interviewing. Guess I won't have to drive into GA to launch on the hill.

    You’re fine at the hill at non campground landings. Russell is closed on SC side. Although it’s a corps lake SC and GA do landing maintenance thus the closures.
