    Did I miss something? As I understood the writing the lakes and rivers are open. Only the "public" ramps are closed. Private marinas can still be utilized. Just have to hope they don't jump from $5 to $50 for use of their ramps!
    Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL

    Crappie are a great fish. Especially the cold water version...
