    Default MeatEater Podcast - Turkeys

I'm listening to the most recent MeatEater podcast (ep. 214) in which they interview Michael Chamberlain, who leads the wild turkey lab at UGA. It is a very interesting and informative interview. I'm sure some on here will have stats and anecdotes to refute some of his information, but a lot of what he has offered leads me to believe the state's decision to decrease the limit to three may have been more informed than many of us want to believe. It's worth a listen.

You would be correct, his work along with a few others and their research played a huge part in the structuring of the dates and limits. If you get a chance look back a couple threads and check out the Facebook live Q&A video they did last Friday. I posted the link for it and they have the video saved for recorded viewing, VERY informative!
