    What are we calling public? I understand cathead, but I have to pay to launch at blacks. Is that still considered public? It's on private land. Since I know somebody that has a landing on his property, can I still go there and launch?

    What about fishing guides? That’s how they make their money! I guess they aren’t essential though...

    I suspect the charter license, that a guide maintains, is considered commercial.

    USCG not required but you can't buy it on line- only in person and the DNR offices are closed

    It is required to purchase the$150 commercial charter boat license referenced in the post.

    It begs the question where is the line? What is the point people stand up and where is the line for LEO? When does the law man say no, and not do the king’s bidding. Especially in a down economy. Where does the LEO give up his steady job for a principal?
