While they are at this “saving lives at all cost thingy” they can ban alcohol and save 88,000 lives a year...

Pay ramps don’t have to close, there is atleat one on Murray that I know of that closed on his own. Parking lot roped off and a sign that says $100 fine for being on the lake. marina owners will be fined for boats leaving their dock with more than 3 unless they are immediate family

Is said pay ramp a business venture?
If yes, I'd say they are non-essential and hereby shutdown as well probably.

Most boat ramps sell bait which are used to catch fish which are used to feed your family. How is that not essential?

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to make enough money to buy land next to the water so that he can go fishing when all the landings are closed, and he is probably ordering shit to eat from Amazon anyway...

I dug around my damn tool box yesterday and couldn't find my alignment mirror, for putting.. so I just clicked on one on Amazon, after I clicked "buy", the dern thing notified me it wouldn't be in until April 20th... so of course I had to immediately go buy one on another site with quicker shipping.

I'm not 100% sure that's right. There's some fishy language in there that leads me to believe they are closing the ramps but is written in a way to be misleading on purpose?

    3 Jonesville Reservoir Union
4 Lake Ashwood - Closed Lee

Everyone slow down and take a breath.... especially folks making these decisions.

    State owned lakes are closed....

Public boat ramps on the recreation lakes(Murray, Santee, etc) are closed.

    Private ramps are open...

You are missing the key word they keep putting in every single response on these questions...

    Public.

They have no standing to prevent me from putting my boat in at a residence, and walloping the Shellcracker on the lakes, or trolling for wahoo in the Gulfstream.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
