If you're breaking into pimento cheese just call it a casserole

Actually, I didn't ask for directions on making grits. You morons just took it there. I asked if there was anything more to cheese grits than adding cheese to regular grits.

Alright, I just told the wife we were having shrimp and grits tomorrow for dinner.
Stone ground yellow grits my way, andouille sausage w/ a little red eye gravy from it, crumbled bacon,
green onions and mildly Cajun blackened shrimps

There's too many flavors in that.. no possible way to enjoy the shrimp, I mean if they're real shrimp. Whip some heavy cream into some hollandaise, and add a pinch of cayenne. Spoon that over the shrimp after you lay them over the grits

I am sure I will enjoy the shrimp just fine, I had a satellite office in New Orleans for 15 years and ate them this way weekly and that is where I picked it up.
I like the textures too of the crunchy bacon and the green onions.
The Hollandaise thingy sounds good though, I will try that

I've had them the way you've typed countless times, most anywhere I go. If I'm at home, I'm cooking them the way I mentioned. Mousseline sauce

I am going to try it, probably add a couple drops of squeezed lemon and a pinch of cayenne like you suggested
    Thanks
