    Default Franchi 620 VS

Just curious to see if any of yall own one of these. My father in law gave my son one the other day in 20 gauge (still in the box). I did some research on it but couldn't find much about it. I put the factory full choke in it and shot 3" #5 Long Beards and that little thing is nasty. At 30 yds, it had 57 pellets in the circle on the turkey target. From what I could gather, it's more of an upland bird hunting gun, but I was really impressed with it. Had hardly any recoil and is light as a feather. 5.5 pounds to be exact.

I have a vs612 that has tens of thousands of rounds through it, great gun. Killed a pile of critters with it.

I found a 12 gauge one years ago and didn't need it so my buddy bought it and hunted with it until he expanded his collection. If it was a 20 gauge I'd be pestering him to sell it to me.

Haha...I'm going to hang on to it being that it was a gift from poppa. I might even try to kill a rabbit or two with it next year.
