My wife was home with the our boys until they went to school and was there when came home from school. From the results I see, I'd say it was a good decision to fore go that income and raise our own children.
Or Ms Ellie.
Gotta agree with the Bagman on this one....
The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.
"I here repeat, & would willingly proclaim, my unmitigated hatred to Yankee rule—to all political, social and business connections with Yankees, & to the perfidious, malignant, & vile Yankee race."
Barney was shooting blanks.
A little sass can be a ton of fun.
Agreed.
I feel that way every once in a while and then I kick myself in the nuts. I know my boys are cared for and loved each day and that makes going to work much easier and peaceful. My wife always wanted to stay home and raise the kids, but when you’d be paying $1,000+ a month for 2 in daycare is it really worth making her work? The next generations long term health and development is more important than any of my long term goals of owning land and building a house or having nice toys. If it takes me another 5-10 years or whatever to get there then so be it.
