Yes it is. After the last time nobody that’s a shooter has any excuse not to be stacked deep. Especially how the prices had dropped fairly low.

I never fully restocked after getting looted three years ago.
But, I have enough that when the time comes I will not have an issue securing more!

just ask all the yahoos that stocked up on 22 bullets during the last "crisis."

Again, all this fear mongering only ADDS to the problem. If some of us (leaders?) would lead the way in a calm manner, it could affect those around us. NO ONE needs to run out to buy toilet paper or bullets. This overblown crisis has an end!

Think of this.....after hearing all you preppers talk about TP, I almost fell for it myself. I was in the grocery store early this morning getting my lunch for today. They were stocking TOILET PAPER. I had this strange urge to "get my share." After a moment of reflection, I realized I did not NEED it and walked away....for the greater good.

Every little bit helps. This will be another moment in our country's history where PATRIOTISM amidst a shared crisis will bring us closer as a country. Do your part.

As long as I have a pair of socks ( and I have a ton of them) I ain't worried about running out of TP.

    I'm with 2oof.

Same crap happens every hurricane season, I mean the TP issue is new but the panic buying, buy all you can, get as much gas as you can is stupid.

So the big wind is starting to blow this way. I go and fill up my 20 gas cans. Power goes out and I can run my house for 5 days with gas on hand. How’s this stupid? You don’t remember Hugo?

Power never goes out, that gas will get used in the up coming months or be on hand for the next Storm that season.

My share? Looks like someone woke up on the socialism side of the bed this morning.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Yes...I do remember Hugo. It was the end our summer vacations as we knew them because it destroyed the lake house.

All I'm saying is that if you needed 20 cans of fuel, you'd keep it on hand all the time. After all, it'll get used right? All the panic buying and last minute prepper stuff is mind-numbingly stupid

Same. I just haven’t looked at it yet and looked out of curiosity.

I dropped by Academy yesterday afternoon to grab something for the boat. I went by the gun counter and people were lined up all the way down it. The ammo shelves were thin with signs saying a 3 box limit. I didn't buy any.

So, I guess I need to go buy gas, propane, bullits, striking paper, bleach, lysol, milk, and bread.

Is there anything else I need to add to my list?

I haven't even bought the silly black gun to put the bullets in yet. I guess when the Russians start parachuting down into these hills, it will have to be Wolverine style.

That being said, if I lived in a city where looters could show up at my door, 12 gauge would still be my choice every time. I have plenty of bullets for those...
