I saw an article on my fox news app this am about a black dood in Elgin who was holding a NC girl who's BF gave her to him for a debt he owed. She escaped and KCSD arrested the prick and is saying it was a human trafficking operation. I can't find it anymore. Anyone see that? Scary chit.

Law Enforcement doesn't have resources to watch paroled felons. Too bad someone didn't stop his clock sooner Back to the Pen for him and another 20 years of tax payer funded 3 hots and a cot.

Yes really. Violent criminals, especially any with a sexual predator/sexual violence history, rarely get out of prison and decide to shut off what’s fucked up with their nature. It’s well documented that rehabilitation is difficult at best with the most intensive therapy; it’s not going to happen with a prison term. When these sleazebag animals do their time and re-enter the world as free citizens, there should be priority placed on monitoring their activities for the rest of their lives...ie, lifetime parole after they serve their prison sentence complete with random in home checks etc. Yes, sentencing laws would have to be changed, and it would have to survive legal challenges from the ACLU and the like, but I think it would pass and stand up in the courts. I’d like to see the lawmakers in Washington vote against such legislation...would weed out a pile of puke that should not be there.
