    Yesterday, 4 rounds of 10 dumbbell snatches and 10 burpees - 5:26

    Today, 3 rounds of 10 dead lifts at 225lbs and 400 meter run. Didn't time it.

    DB Snatch
    Lateral Burpees over the DB

    Extra Work:
    Complete as many rounds as possible in four 4-minute rounds.
    1-minute rest between rounds
    12 Bumper Plate or DB/KB Overhead Walking Lunge
    12 Single Arm Front Squat with DB/KB
    Sprint 200m

    9 rounds - 10 hang cleans at 135lbs, run 200 yards.

    20 minute AMRAP - Cindy with 30 double-unders. I subbed heavy dumbbell lat pulls for pull ups. Got 7 full rounds plus one round of Cindy.

    Flat bench, dumbbell fly, leaf raking, creeping fig planting complex.

    Rake 1/8 acre, set to fire, 10 reps flat bench at 135# and 15 reps flys at 35#.
    Repeat for 3 hours. I’m at 7 rounds right now.

    Gonna be sore on Sunday.

    Our box has loaned out all of their equipment to members. They have put together zoom workouts and scale to the equipment people have. I know I am burpeed the phuck out.
