Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

Where are the stitches? I watched a buddy split his forehead/eyebrows open when he rolled his about 8 months ago.

My brother and sister in law flipped there’s.
My sister in law stuck her hand out out of reflex and when it landed on it’s side, the top pinched off her fingers and half her hand. After 3 weeks in the hospital, Doctors saved two fingers but she was left with a crazy looking hand.

    That'll buff right out.

No idea why those things run as fast as they do. Death traps.

It wasn't me and I wasn't there. My machine and property.

My son is 19, in college. He took a few of his frat brothers to our place on Saturday to spend the night. The boys in the ranger apparently missed a turn and flipped it around 9:00 PM. The passenger got the stitches, the driver is in a boot. The passenger just had skull reconstruction surgery from a fight where he got hit in the forehead with a beer bottle, so another head injury ain't good. My son was on a 4wheeler in front of them and when they weren't behind him he went back to check and found them.

Could have been a hell of a lot worse and now I'm dealing with a wound up momma bear, insurance company, etc.

    Life lesson here for sure.

Had a guy killed on one of those things close to some property we hunt doing the same thing. Hauling freight and trying to “drift” a turn. It did not go well.

Glad everyone is around to talk about it. It seems crazy that the bar snapped like that, maybe deformed, but snapped? I am glad I never tested either my Rhino or my Pioneer, but I sure enjoyed thinking that those bars would handle any dynamic load that the weight of that machine from ground level could put on it. God speed their recovery and hope this results in some life lessons for the younger crowd, sounds like you are about to get some schooling on the finer points of insurance. MG

I was surprised it snapped too. I figure it'd act like a rops, guess not.

Some people are also sue happy, so we'll see if that shoe drops.

Scary man. Painful lesson, they might be down to 8 after that one. Prayers for quick recoveries.
