Does Any one have any contacts with a Foundation repair company (ie, Jam Jack, Mount Valley, or someone like that)? Midlands area. My children's private school is in need of some repair. Trying to get a good contact for an estimate for repairs. Thanks.

I heard Cantey can fix it. Saw him last week.

Cantey did my old home. Get multiple estimates. The buyers got 4 on mine. Prices ranged from 3k to 18k. Cantey and another we’re both around 4,500.

He's okay I guess, kidding, he's my first cousin. He came over and did some work on my last house too.

Call Chris Morrison with TerraTec as well. Like someone else mentioned, get three quotes. They will likely vary by quite a bit. I’d get bids from Cantey, TerraTec, and Mount Valley.

Cantey, Danny Beresford was my guy with them. Excellent job, guaranteed for life of structure.

Nope. Unless it was caused by sudden occurrence.

I’ve used Mount Valley on 3 different properties. Good experience all 3 times. Quote turn around time was quick and they did what they billed for.
No problems since with mine or mother’s house. My ex wife hasn’t even complained about the job done years ago and that’s a miracle in itself.

Ram Jack wanted 4 hours to come out and ‘explain’ their proposal and wouldn’t provide a number without a presentation. Told em to F off.
