There is no rhyme or reason right now. I got 9 back over the past 3 weeks that have been 12 months.

The 2nd week in January I got 3 back that were filed in September.
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.

In this day and age of computers there is no reason it should take more than an hour once submitted

They cashed my checks in October... I was told 280-300 days. I hope 4 months is more accurate. I doubt it tho.

2 related questions... First, anyone do an Efile form 1 with a trust? If so, pm me please.
Second, can I personally buy a silencer and later transfer it into my trust? I am going to get another one but it is a fucking pain in the ass to all the shit and everyone in one place. I might just keep it separate if you cannot.

I purchased two more from the silencer shop on 1/18. Had documents e-signed and filed on 1/21 using their single shot trust. Hoping approval time is 6 months or less.

Last two I purchased in 2016 took 6 months using a conventional trust.

That is another transfer and requires another $200 tax stamp and wait. I'm not sure if you can use the can while you wait for the second stamp but I assume so.

Silencer shop just notified me that the ATF cashed my checks on 2/7.

Atf told me 10 months. I'm 3 months in now. Thinking about doing a form 1 and buying a solvent trap kit. Form 1's are turning around in 30-45 days

I just got a call from Shooters Choice that they received my approved Form 4's and my suppressors are ready to be picked up.

    Roughly 6.5 months.

Not bad at all unless nov elections jam ppl up. I also agree it is absolutely ridiculous that an electronic filing or any filing for that matter takes 6-10 months to complete. Are we in the ice age?
