Second sight

I am 10 for 10 on predicting the sex of babies. My son, 3 nephews, a neice, 4 grandkids and a coworkers baby. These weren't guesses. Somehow I just know. It kind of comes to me and I am 100% sure once it does. It's to the point now that my family asks me well before the doctor can tell them. Not sure if that's exactly second sight but it's kind of cool. Anybody else got anything similar?

The only thing I can predict is when the dog is about to throw up. She gets this look and starts this gut pump sound.

So how does it work?

My mom went 11/11 with kids/nieces/grandkids till my kid. She said son and we had a daughter.
