Went 2 different directions with this rack of ribs. Both were smoked for 3 hours. The left rack was coated with sweet asian chili sauce and wrapped like i saw on here a while back. The right was coated with butter and honey and wrapped. Both back on the smoker for 2 more hours. Then i coated the right rack with Rufus Teague honey sweet and put both back on to tack up for 45 mins. Both turned out great. Almost wish i would have put a light coat back on the asian as well.
