Hey guys, been delaying this post but I think it's time. Ole Tuffy is not doing well. I'll try to spare some of the details, but from what I was just told by his youngest son who is one of my best friends, Tuffy doesn't have much time left. He's in Columbia currently. He has some tubes in place relieving pressure from his lungs and chest. Doctors offered some options, surgery to fix the hole in one of his lungs being one of them, but in his condition he wouldn't even survive the surgery. But with the hole there, he's pretty much screwed either way. He was lucid, understood everything the doctors were telling him and opted to disconnect the tubes so they can move him to hospice to keep him comfortable as long as possible, but after removing the tubes they realistically don't expect him to make it very long.
If y'all believe in God, please lift him and the family up and I'll keep everyone posted. Might be days, might be hours, just dunno. But his days are getting thin.
