I don’t like step bars, but my wife was 7 months pregnant when I bought my Tundra last year. So, I agreed to buy a cheap set to use for a few months. I ordered some from a company called Ionic Automotive off of Amazon for $160ish, with free 2 day Prime shipping. I’ve been impressed with them. Nothing special, but they are well made for the price and instillation took about 30 minutes.

I'm old school and like the chrome nerf bars and white letters out.
Only reason I’m thinking is my wife & older uncle who I take around town it would be easier for him to get in & out.
