A good brunch place is easy to find. The real struggle is finding a good Lupper.

Magnolia if you can hold a fork with your pinkie finger extended .. some good recommendations are already on here. Paige's is great , but you will need a reservation. They get crowded quick.

Not downtown, but I always enjoy the Early Bird Diner in West Ashley.

Was staying at the FM about this time last year and went across the street one morning, thinking it would be good. Forgettable, is the nice way of putting it.

Kind of surprised, as they are part of the same group as 39 rue de jean and Coast, and I had Coast the night before and it was fantastic.

Yeah for sure. Coast is great as well. Hopefully they were just having an off morning. If not, time will tell!
