Thinking on it hard. If it had the full transom, I would already have it
Your thread is inspiring, I said I would not do another so labor intensive but its just
so rewarding, not to mention you get just what you want and know every inch of your
    boat.

Going to be real hard to find a factory full transom unless it is inboard. I think all except one 22ft model were splash well.

Garmin 7616xsv and Garmin Fantom 18 Radar. Airmar B164 transducer. Heard very good things about this set-up, look forward to finding out how it does.

I've got an XSV mated to an Airmar 265 w/chirp and it is outstanding

    Looks good!

Everything feels and looks better once that primer goes on and you get a solid color over everything.

Awesome. Can’t wait to find out, lot of trashing Garmin out there except for the people who own them! Funny how that works...

I talked to the man that runs Maricom electronics in Savannah couple years ago, he said he personally saw less problems/warranty claims with Garmin vs. the Simrad I was looking to buy. To me Garmin is kinda like IPhone, once you learn one, learning the new one is a lot easier. In Simrads defense I have yet to own one and have only used them when on display set ups. That 7616 is a beast!
