Wired in troll switch and float switch today. Wiring done, was very happy with how it turned out.

If I would have had another foot or so of steering lines I could have cleaned it up more.... my take is if you don’t like it, swim yo behind home!

Ran the four blade prop yesterday, pretty windy and way too many people on the water. Better hole shot, more stern lift, and better mid range. Sweet spot is about 4800rpm at 31-33 and ~2.5 per gallon. WOT is 40 trim down at 6000 and 45 trimmed out at 6250. Brought her home and added 5 degree wedges to get more negative trim, will help in slop and also hole shot.

Wiring is too neat for a Mako. You need to throw a bird’s nest of wire in there to make it look authentic.

Sounds like you’re starting to get dialed in.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I was on this boat Monday and I can tell you the pics do not do it justice. If I didn’t know any better and you told me it was a 24’ boat I’d tell you you were full of shit. It feels like a 27’ at least and Matt did a helluva job on it. Fit and finish is top notch.

Thanks for the kind words Feet’s, sorry it didn’t work out to fish while you were down. It was a big project, but one I def enjoyed. Been day and night from a 21’ Sportsman to this. Look forward to many years of enjoyment out of her. I tried to address everything that I didn’t have before and set this one up exactly like I wanted. Still a small list of things I want to add before it’s done, I know it’s never really done.

Finished off the cockpit area with a pretty cool piece after deciding to name the boat after my daughter. All the glass work and changes that went into this part of the boat, I thought deserved something to bring it all together.

The stories you read and hear about the hulls aren’t a joke, been very impressed with the ride and how she handles the slop.

Only been able to get out a few times so far, due to weather and unfortunately wasn’t ready for the dolphin run. But she does catch fish.

Not sure what you are looking for, but there is a 25-26?? Maco, yes is spelled it as it is in the ad on FB market place in lake city.

Looks like someone selling a boat for from a loved one passing away is my guess. It’s in a barn and has twin mercs. No affiliation, just happened to see it when scrolling at work today.

Had a buddy that looked at it. You were basically buying a trailer and a hull, at best solid stringers as well.
