    did Anyone that did not get drawn for the DNR draw hunts get picked for the private hunts? Haven’t herd of anyone that has

    Yes. A business donated two of their memberships at SCWA to the SCWP (South Carolina Waterfowl Partnership), at least for the week. We were selected and notified a few months ago. We "hunted" Christmas Eve at one of the SCWA ponds. A few blinds shot tamies and a a ringneck or two. I left without having shot with a gross feeling that I couldn't shower off. The SCWP chairman said they had previously hosted a few hunts on private land in Orangeburg County on a Jap millet pond that yielded a handful of ducks and geese.
