    I’ve cooked them every which if way with multiple sauces. I always come back for fried, grits, gravy, slaw as a side and biscuits.

    Easiest is spatchcocked cooked on open grill basted with Mediterranean seasoning and EVOO. I know, I've had them every other way too but this is still my favorite. And if you're hunting tamies easy is the name of the game.....

    Last batch I cooked, I breasted and cut off the legs, salt, pepper, and butter in pan and ate them. Delicious.

    seems my Dad would season em up real good and then brown them in a cast iron skillet with a little butter in it and
    then make a gravy from it.

    Sous vide to 123.7° then reverse sear tent and let sit for 21 mins 48 seconds. Don’t forget the aromatics.
