Default Anyone of you hunt this property

I travel to Rock Hill a lot lately with work and leaving Columbia on I-77W
headed toward Charlotte starting around mm35 or so up to about exit 41 (I think its a Winnsboro exit)
there is a huge tract on the right side of the road that goes for miles. I see stands in the cutovers.
Always thought it looked sweet. Not sure if its several leases or one big club?
PM me if you hunt any of this please

We have everything on the right by the tower at exit 41. Fork Horn Hunt club. It’s only a couple hundred though. They were surveying the neighbors property during the spring to be a business park.

I think that shows up when there has been a recent transaction or for some reason they don’t know what name to put on it.

I'll be expecting a call. Have tractors, will travel

And Rick, next time you are near Winnsboro near lunchtime stop by the barn express on Congress street and eat.

Will do man! I need to get up with you about possibly roofing that duplex rental you did a quote for me on.
Early spring, I am thinking about having it done.

I glanced as well. Still took me an hour to get thru it.
