    Anyone tried one yet ? looks to be a decent woods gun

    It’s a 100y and in straight wall cartridge with a .355 bore. I was interested in one to use in Ohio (straightwall state) but when I found out they made it with a .355 and not a .357 bullet I lost interest. Projectile selection will be slim, so you’d have to pray factory ammo will shoot.

    Stick with the 45-70 imo.

    Ive been really impressed with my 44 mag carbine. Hadnt hardly hunted with anything since. Fast, light, low recoil and noise and hammers deer. It kills way better in real life than it does on paper

    I thought you could handload 350 legend with 9mm or .357 bullets.

    I think it’ll be interesting as a poor mans alternative for 300BO out of a semi auto platform. Ammo is $10/box or less and is available in super and subs
