    Giving you hell but that's still too high for my liking. Will continue to rise. I prefer to pull around 110-115 then it will rise to finish at about 130. MKW told me how to do a perfect Prime Rib and he was spot on at that temp. I would do the same for the tenderloin.

    That rib roast that you cooked looked absolutely perfect!
    Crops are harvested, animals are killed.

    I pulled it out of the oven at 110, 90 seconds on each side on the grill and let it rest. It was perfect the best one I’ve ever cooked.
