Becoming more and more of a fly over state. Our lakes are having less and less vegetation. Why the heck would you stop at a place to rest and eat with no food and having people take a wack at you while your there and hang around. Less and less ducks are imprinting here which means every year we are going to have less and less. No reason for them to stop. I have been on several lakes and scouted far off swamps the past week spent hours upon hours walking, driving, and boating around and have seen hardly any. Just today I walked to a swamp over 1.5 miles from the closets road just beside a ricer with no boating access and only saw 2 wood ducks flying by......
