Outlaw gigging and make the daily limit 3 per person per day. Problem solved.

3 per person is a little low imo
7 is a good number with a boat limit of 21

A 20 inch fish will feed about three people. 3 of them is plenty. If you need more meat, keep some redfish.

You seriously think gigging is a problem?

3 flounder per person, per day is definitely plenty.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

I'm down to up the size limit to 16". 15 and below don't have much meat. 16" and up, now you got something.

What’s the point of a boat limit?

I go to nj visiting inlaws and have gotten to go flounder fishing several time over the years there. Way more fun. Has to be 18 inches to keep. And i think a three per person limit. Catching tons of 15-17 inchers is a blast.

Common sense is not a gift. It's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone else who doesn't have it.

I get that, but me and my 4 friends have a boat and we can only have the same as 3 guys in a boat? Sounds discriminatory. Where’s the SJWs when you need them?

Gigging may be a problem but so is every other type of fishing apparently.

The fact that a lot of them swallow the hook doesn't help either.
