    Default Deer hunting land?

What will 100k buy in your neck of the woods? I have seen clearcut from about 1,750.00 acre to the skys the limit in the upstate. Looking to purchase a tract, prefer within hr of Spartanburg.

I have seen 1K an acre for cleared raw land in Clarendon county. Most has been 2-3K per acre if it had any timber value. Good luck

You'll get the best deal if you can find land that isn't listed

This. Cash is king. Go on County Qpublic website and look for properties with absentee landowners (out of state or in another part of the state). Start sending letters or tracking down contact information. $100k is a lot of money for someone who lives in New Jersey and hasn’t ever set foot on the property.

I know a man who bought 126 acres for 100,000 about 15 years ago. Woman had family land and could not manage money one of those right place right time kind of deals.

    Thanks for the props, yall.
I need to reup my sponsorship. I let it laps last month.

There are certainly deals out there for the patient and nimble. Also, everyone has a story about a great land deal and a excellent stock purchase. The reality is they are not all that common. If they were, it would just be the actual market price.
Call me if you every have questions. Happy to help.
