    He is a cheat. A very talented cheater but still a cheater. The PGA should take a stronger position than a two shot penalty. Golf is built on integrity, and that punk has none.

    If he hadn't have taken any practice swings, wouldn't his actual swing had moved the sand anyway? I'm no gold person, although I do enjoy playing putt putt at myrtle beach

    So, his ball came to rest in a foot print with a decent lip on the backside of it. He used those two practice swings to remove the lip so that he could get a better angle on the ball.

    He is my least favorite person on tour right now.
