When I helped a framing crew one Summer I learned a few things.

    1) I never could find the board straightener they sent me after
    2) If a piece of plywood wouldn’t line up for being out of square etc, they would “scab” it and say “I can’t see it from my house”

Can't find an engineer to stamp a detail for me to cut my doors and windows in my house. I have a feeling I'm going to need that detail stamped by an engineer or the county inspectors are going to have a cow

Yeah, had one that had his on a belt holder once, PITA. Then he saw those ones like the FBI and SWAT wore around their necks and graduated to that. He was busting our balls on some stupid shit that wasn’t even in the scope of work we were doing, his boss was also there helping. He looked at him and told him how stupid he looked with that badge on his neck and to go get back in the truck. Never saw that guy again.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Brandon Wagner, PE. But I deal with water.

The company you bought the building from should have an architect that can help you.
