    Default Asheville eats

Looked in the archives and saw a couple of places mentioned back in 2016. Saw Biscuit Head and a few other places on the list. Are these places still around? Any new places that have popped up that are worth visiting? Thanks in advance

Curatè is hands down the best food I’ve ever eaten!

Wife, some friends and I stayed for the weekend a couple weeks ago. We went to eat at packs tavern to eat and watch some football. Food was damn good.

I liked Farm Burger for something simple, Bouchon was quite tasty, and I have had good meals at Chestnut and Zambra

I avoid Asheville like the plague, but when I have to go there is a great Mexican place. I can't think of the name

Have to agree, Corner Kitchen down in Biltmore square is great for breakfast. Also second Pack’s Tavern. If you like antiques and going to the jockey lot, go to the Old Tobacco Barn antique store. Great combo of junk and some cool antiques. Never know what you might find in there.

Go to the Admiral in West Asheville. If the duck liver mousse is on the app list, order it, and ask for the chef to come to your table. Order what ever he tells you to. Worry about how much it cost and how to thank me later.

Update, Biscuit Head was pretty good. Only negative was the line to order but it went pretty quick. Lots of weird looking people in line, I'm sure I stuck out like a turd in a punchbowl though. Went to some mall to look around, same group of people there too. Just left Chocolate Fetish. Handed the lady a $50 and got back a few shiny pieces of metal in return for a box of chocolate and 2 cups of awesome sipping chocolate. Headed to The Moose something or another for dinner tonight.

We did Packs Tavern today. Good food and good service. Will probably try Biscuit Head Monday. Fully agree that Asheville is full of weirdos. Anyone else up here to see Whiskey Myers ?
