First, I think Clemson is the best team in the country, and I think that will be proven over the next 45 days.
I also think this is a dangerous game for Clemson. South Carolina is a bad team, but they have some decent parts. They have Wonnum and Kinlaw who are NFL players at the second most important position. SC is playing for a coach that they like and they are backed in a corner.
If Clemson gets ahead early, they will throttle SC. Ugly style. If SC can weather the storm in the first quarter, they could make it an interesting game. There is absolutely nothing for Clemson to gain here, and SC could make their entire season. Anything short of a Clemson blowout with zero injuries will be a disappointment, and that isn't a good spot.
