    Default Xpress - HD16B - Tiller Steer - Question

Question, hopefully one of you fella's have some insight on. I've been running boats my whole life but I wont act like I know a ton about boat construction or anything like that.

    2015 Xpress 16' HD16B - 2015 40 Yamaha

    Ive always noticed this, but,

The boat when out the water on the trailer (90% of its life) ALWAYS has a very slight drip out the plug hole, Its very slight, but its in my driveway, and it always has a trail of water in my driveway. Ive had it propped up as high as it will go for about 4 days, and it still is slightly dripping. Any Idea what could be causing this, where is it coming from, and should i be concerned? Boat has a bilge pump, and ive been hunting out of this boat for 4 years with no real issue, but want to know if it should be a concern. Yes, even when it doesnt rain for 2 weeks, still a slight drip.

I have the same boat. I think it has a tendency to get water trapped in the hull where the foam is. Mine does at least.

Sounds waterlogged to me.....or at least on its way to it.

Id find a hard cover for it if possible.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!
