    Stuck in the French Quarter for a few days. Give me some lunch and supper ideas.

    Lunch: The Butcher (Cochon Butcher)
    Dinner: Cochon

    Tons of other good places but you can't go wrong with either of those.

    Living in Moncks Corner but looking forward to moving back to the West Coast in 2020 where there are more ducks and less duck hunters!! LOL

    Lunch

    Drago's - char grilled oysters
    Felix- raw bar
    Camellia Grill
    Casamento's
    Dookie Chase - soul food with seafood options
    Domalise's - great Poboys.

    Supper -

    Antoine's - if your wallet can handle it.
    Arnaud's - same.
    Commander's Palace - never had a less than fantastic experience here.

    Should have talked about this at the Cabin the other day....have spent alot of time down there.

    Second Mothers* and Cochon.
    Go to Charlie's in FQ for steak
    Burger at Port of Call*
    Po boy @ Domileses*
    Fried Shrimp and a half-a dozen Abitas @ Cooter Browns down at the dam*
    Mr Bs for a bourbon and BBQ skrimps

    Got plenty of options...make sure you hit the ones with the *

    It’s owned by a retired Coastie. The food is authentic, it’s more locals with less tourists, and the atmosphere can’t be beat!

    Jack and Mia are one of my buddies aunt and uncle. We went and stayed with them once in high school and had a great time, great food too. Jack had to leave early because he was taking a Jacques-imos food truck to bonaroo

    Commanders Palace is probably the best & one of favorite
    places I’ve ever eaten. I’ve been a few times & even went by myself & was treated great. The food is awesome.

    I always omit Pascals Manale when these threads come up for discussion. Best BBQ Shrimp down there..

    It's a casual place, with excellent food.
