    I saw where Gofundme refused to pay him the money raised. Past time someone starts creating sites to counter the liberal shitholes like twitter, youtube, facebook, gofundme, etc...

    They haven't refused yet from what I've seen. But there is a bunch of people reporting it on GoFundMe. The company that rents out the balloons actually has instructions on their Facebook on how to report a post on GoFundME.

    The felony charge is likely tied to a dollar amount. I haven’t read the Alabama criminal code but in SC, the felony misdemeanor distinction for property crimes is based upon a dollar amount threshold. For instance Malicious Injury to Personal Property in SC is a magistrate level offense if less than $2500, a high level misdemeanor if $2,500 - $10,000, and a felony if $10,000 or more.
