    Default Low light scope

I know I could search it , but. What’s the best scope around 500 for low light? I’ll rarely if ever shoot over 250 yards.

You can get a S&B Klassik 3-12X50 from EuroOptic for $999.00.

For $500.00 I’d look on the used/demo sections of Sample List, OP, EuroOptic, CameraLandNY, Scopelist etc for a Trijicon Accupower, Meopro or VX-R.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Leupold VX-III is a great scope, you can get a 3.5-10x50mm or 4.5-14x50mm for just under $500.

That was the first scope I ever owned. Sat atop my woodmaster. It got kind of fuzzy after about 5 or 6 years and I replaced it with a vari-x II. That old 8 point got repurposed and still sits atop my 10-22.

Bought this scope this year and love it. Just a plain reticle with a 30 mm tube and no turrets. Hard price to beat.

    I got a Leupold VX-3i this year. 3.5 x 10 x 56. It was 899.99 at Simpson’s in Sumter. So far I couldn’t be happier.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-
