Looks like Johnson has not lost anything from last year. Damn Hendrick had three cars in the top 10 and if you count Mark Martin's engine he had four.

Jr., hands down go the bonehead award for the race. Oh well, on to Atlanta!

Mark Martin is still leading the points. I heard DW predict that if Martin was leading going into Bristol he would race a full schedule. I would like to see him stay around, he is running pretty well so far.

It is amazing what Mark Martin is doing since he got in a Chevy, sand in Jack's britches fer sure. He will race a full schedule. I wish he would win the damn thing this year anyway. He is a legend.

SW, We all like JR too, but we also can all agree, he is not the superstar, you wish he was. But I guess perception is in the eyes of the beholder.

I do not think Jr. is bad driver, I think his biggest problem is he is in a bad situation. You put him with another team where he can focus strictly on driving a car, I think you may see a consistant Championship contender.

The Childress name pops into my head all of a sudden!

sure thing tnt.
looking at it unbiasedly, JR consistantly has one of the worst cars and still manages top 10s,5s, etc.
unbiasedly, he is the best driver in nascar right now, and has been since '01. didnt any of you watch dega fall '04?

jimmy johnson is a faggot.

E2 is 32 years old correct? He has exactly ZERO cup championships. By the age of 32 even Jeff the Rainbow Warrior Gordon had won a Cup Championship. In fact he had won 4 of them.

There are a slew of drivers who can handle a car better than E2 all things being equal. All things NOT being equal and with lesser equipment, he ranks somewhere between Michael Waltrip and Kyle Busch...

how many races has Johnson won since he has been in NASCAR and how many has JR. won?

Put their careers side by side and JR's does not hold a candle to Johnson, but if you read my post I said Jr. is a good driver!

I have been an earnhardt fan since I was born, and I have alot of respect for the earnhardt family. He is in a rut, and I hate it, but it happens to the best of em.

funny.

Jr raced well. He was in the group with the 48, 24, 38, and MARK MARTIN most of the race. Not sure why he was stupid enough to follow the 31 into the pits when the entire racetrack was trying to tell him not to. that was just stupid.

watch out for martin at bristol.

I am a race fan.

I am also a fan of all the amazingly hot women in vegas.

I am also a fan of winning at blackjack and hold 'em.

TNT said And Jr. wasn't? and pretty much Dookie agreed!

Well actually senior left the empire to Theresa Earnhardt. Funny how Jr has no controlling interest in DEI, he's just a driver.

Rick Hendrick has recently said that if JR is looking, he would love to talk to him. IF and I state IF jr would drive for Hendrick, then Rick Hendrick motorsports would be a racing empire!

Now Dookie....... Damn dude you have been a racing fan all your life, and been on Murray all your life. From everything I read you have done it all and done it better
