    I only act uppity on the internet. I had 50 people at my house yesterday calling it chicken and rice or perlo or bog and I didn’t correct the first one.

    Not a one. Nothing but genuine, heartfelt compliments. It needed a little more salt though, and I didn’t realize til I finally ate some a few hours later. Nothing a glass of bourbon and crying myself to sleep didn’t fix.

    There was also pizza and side items.

    When you think about it, with 2 lbs of sausage that’s about 10 pounds. Really about 35 adults, so about a 1/4 pound of meat per person.

    If fishsticker had that cast iron over my tripod with real wood under it I would have no words for it. Looks good

    That's a 15 gal pot with it's own stand....can be set up in a fire or over a burner. Both work great. That one has 4 birds, 3 gallons and some change of stock, sausage and 12# of Uncle Ben's. Fed about 80 last Saturday.
